Hey there – it’s Devin!
Whether you’re new to our journey or just catching up, we’re glad you’re here. At Liiv, we’re building software for housing authorities to solve homelessness.
SEEN 50 NYC + Kickoff
Liiv has been selected as one of the SEEN 50 — a recognition of the top 50 founders from underrepresented backgrounds who are driving innovation and transforming industries in New York City’s startup ecosystem.
At the SEEN Summit, I had the privilege of connecting with a remarkable group of founders who shared both my vision and lived experiences.
Together, we set a collective goal and vision, anchored by Justin Kang [GP at Visible Hands] for the SEEN 50 to raise $200M in 2025, reflecting the scale of our determination and impact.
Mobile App Updates.
We wanted to create an interface fitting for the property manager, tenants, and applicants.
Property managers will have the ability to work on the go, accessing status updates on their buildings, tenant requests, and more.
Tenants will gain full transparency into payments, ticket tracking, announcements, and other key information.
Housing applications will feature real-time status updates, including reasons for rejection or approval, eliminating unnecessary administrative delays.
What’s next?
Keep launching. Follow our journey on this substack.
How Can You Be of Help?
We’re looking to connect with more public and affordable housing authorities, especially their property managers and key decision-makers.
